Florida offices can change fees, search pages, and the years of material available online. Libraries and archives may also move or add collections. We try to keep these reference notes useful, but cannot promise that every detail is correct today. Confirm an entry with the custodian before relying on it.

Florida Residents Directory does not host official voter rolls, deed books, court files, directory volumes, or vital certificates. The agency, Clerk, or library linked from a page keeps the source material. Request a copy or correction from that custodian.
